Our Client

A reputable financial services provider is seeking a Manager, Client Services to lead the team and achieve day-to-day operational excellence and service delivery.

About the Role

  • Lead the team to deliver consistent and accurate transaction management services in a timely and accurate manner
  • Act as local subject matter expert and point of escalation with various internal stakeholders
  • Embrace a client mindset and ensure high level of service delivery to both internal and external clients within the stipulated timeframe
  • Achieve continuous improvement on risk mitigation programmes to better meet and exceed the required SLA and KPIs
  • Execute best practices to ensure client focused initiatives are being carried out effectively, including but not limited to people development, workflow oversight, onboarding tracking etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Banking or relevant discipline(s)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial markets, private equity or real estate investments
  • Good interpersonal skills, possess the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
