They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across assigned portfolios. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring delivery of both sales and margin targets.
Develop and execute annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with commercial objectives.
Drive revenue and margin performance for assigned territories, customer segments, or key accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening penetration within existing accounts.
Conduct market research and leverage pipeline data to forecast sales and support portfolio growth.
Evaluate commercial opportunities and risks, providing strategic recommendations to management.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender submissions to clients.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, CRM tracking, and opportunity follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts and review existing agreements to optimize revenue and profitability.
Monitor portfolio performance, including competitor activities and market share trends, and provide regular reporting and insights.
Support collection of outstanding payments and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead and guide junior team members where applicable, ensuring alignment with sales targets and activity plans.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the oil and gas or related industries.
Strong track record in driving new business acquisition and managing key customer accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
High level of attention to detail with strong administrative and time management skills.
