Maintenance Engineer

Our client is a European MNC that specializes in manufacturing electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
• Conduct routine maintenance and respond promptly to equipment malfunctions.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
• Improve machine layout and performance.
• Coordinate procurement of specialized components and fixtures.
• Monitor and manage maintenance-related expenses.
• Operate and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other control systems.
• Provide technical support and training for new equipment.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Train technicians to enhance their technical competencies.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices, manufacturing systems, and applicable regulations.
• High-level analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret system schematics.
• Effective communication and training capabilities.
