Logistics & Warehouse Manager (Sabah)

Job description

You will be joining a well-established multinational FMCG manufacturer with strong regional presence across Southeast Asia. Due to business expansion and operational growth in East Malaysia, they are currently looking for a capable Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations at their plant in Sabah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations covering inbound, outbound, inventory control and distribution activities.

  • Ensure stock accuracy, proper inventory planning and effective space utilization.

  • Drive operational excellence in safety, cost control, productivity and service levels.

  • Manage and develop warehouse teams, supervisors and operational staff.

  • Collaborate closely with production, planning and transport teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

  • Implement process improvements and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse / logistics operations within FMCG or manufacturing OR 3PL environment.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, WMS and distribution processes.

  • Proven experience in Warehouse and Logistics procress improvement.

  • Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving capabilities.
