Legal Counsel (Banking Sector)

• Provide legal and regulatory advisory to business units.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

• Manage legal risks and support compliance initiatives.

• Liaise with regulators and external counsel.

Associate (Law Firm)

• Work on corporate, commercial, or litigation matters (depending on specialization).

• Draft legal documents, conduct research, and advise clients.

• Support senior lawyers in managing diverse portfolios.

• Gain exposure to complex and high-value transactions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with admission to practice in Malaysia.

• 3 -5 years PQE (for Associate) or 5-7 years PQE (for Legal Counsel).

• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

• Exposure to banking/finance law (for Counsel) or corporate/litigation (for Associate).
