Key Account Manager (Industrial Automation)

Job description

My client is a global leader in industrial automation, offering innovative solutions across various industries. Specializing in pneumatic and electric drive technology, they provide intelligent automation solutions and technical training to enhance productivity and optimize processes on a global scale.


  • Develop and nurture relationships with industrial clients, understanding their automation needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of automation projects and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals, maximizing revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular performance reports, tracking KPIs and offering insights to drive continuous improvement in client partnerships.


  • At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Field Sales in Industrial Automation Machinery Manufacturing or related industries
  • Degree preferred in technical engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical)
  • Microsoft office, SAP, internal Sales platforms
  • Fluent in English and respective local language skills
