Key Account Manager

Job description

One of the major beauty players are seeking for a Key Account Manager to join them as they expand their brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationship with key retailer accounts to ensure sales achievement and growth.
  • Oversee retail operations to implement effective campaigns, displays, and budget alignment.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop go-to-market plans and brand initiatives to drive sales.
  • Conduct market visits and analysis of competitor trends to identify opportunities to improve brand positioning and sales.
  • Maintain relationship with assigned accounts to align & manage P&L responsibilities, retail strategies, and inventory checks.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of key account management experience within the beauty, personal care, or relevant industry. (Experience managing retail pharmacy channel will be advantageous).
  • Passion for beauty with drive for sales.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
