Junior Relationship Manager, Priority Banking (KL)

Role Responsibilities

  • To oversee the Priority Banking Client portfolio to optimize growth potential by cultivating new business prospects and strengthening current relationships.
  • To ensure the provision of top-notch service with an emphasis on efficiency and effective risk management.
  • To implement a robust sales process and maintain strict service standards in full compliance with local regulatory mandates.
  • To plan, target and cross-sell integrated business financial services to Priority clients
  • To achieve agreed revenue and new sales targets


  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in retail banking
  • Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university
  • Favourable track record in managing sales and / or operations or demonstrated ability to achieve strong sales performance
  • Must possess retail banking product knowledge
  • MUST possess IPPC License and other relevant licenses such as (FIMM, PCE, CEILI ,etc)
  • Experience in promoting retail ranking and wealth management products to the priority clients would be an added advantage
