Summary:

Job Description:

HR (Japanese Speaker) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Finance or HR teams, including scheduling, data entry, and document coordination across APAC markets.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, payroll documentation, or financial reports with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications for team leads and stakeholders.

HR (Korean Speaker) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality HR support by responding to employee inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, calls) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to resolve issues, ensure data accuracy, and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Analyze and triage requests, using sound judgment and available tools to solve problems or escalate appropriately.

AR (Finance) (Korean Speaker) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end AR processes including billing, collections, credit control, and cash application.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, customer claims, and credit note issuance.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and conduct credit risk assessments.
  • Prepare AR aging reports and support audits and month-end closing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field; fresh graduates or experienced professionals (2-4 years) are welcome.
  • Fluent in Korean or Japanese, with strong proficiency in English for business communication.
  • Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or multinational environments is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP or Workday; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
