IT Project Manager

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project plans for IT system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
  • Implement and enhance IT systems while adhering to Information Security (IS) standards and best practices.
  • Act as a Scrum Master in agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for optimal team performance.
  • Drive change management processes, ensuring seamless integration of new systems and minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive measures for successful mitigation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects, with a proven track record in system implementation and enhancement.
  • Successful completion of at least one full-cycle system implementation project.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Information Security (IS) principles and their application in project management.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects is an advantage.
  • Exceptional change management skills, with the ability to navigate and lead teams through organizational transformations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
