Key objectives

• Recognise the needs of business systems and create the best implementation strategy to efficiently deliver the underlying infrastructure.
• Manage and address IT-related problems and request changes.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage in dialogue with the officers, representatives, and management teams of the business units to support them with the GTO-outsourced resources.
• Oversees the execution of the infrastructure scope to make sure GTO Infrastructure complies with delivery obligations (e.g. preparation of system aligning to regional security & infrastructure policy).
• Implements both short-term and long-term information technology (IT) solutions to fulfil the organisation's demands.
• Monitors the project's progress against the set timeline and provides updates on its status serves as the focal point and acts as the liaison between the technical tower leads and business technology stakeholders.

To qualify:

• Supervising a team of 5-10 IT managers or technical resources for at least two years.
• Project management experience spanning at least four years.
• Solid understanding of managing vendor relationships with a focus on managing deliverables.
