About Our Client

This client is a multinational manufacturer based in Klang who is looking for a HRBP to lead all HR matters for the plant and will have the support of one administrator for approximately 180 local workers.

Key Responsibilities

This role is will cover the full spectrum of HR including but not limited to Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development and Organisational Development.

Skills and Experience Required

To be shortlisted for this role you would need at least 12 years of HR Generalist experience with a preference with candidates from a unionised environment. This role will also be based in Klang and will be based on site most of the time.
