HRBP (Negeri Sembilan)

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.

2. Workforce Management:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for both local and foreign workers.
- Manage workforce planning to meet production demands.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill requirements.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular meetings with employees to address concerns and gather feedback.

4. Performance Management and Development:
- Establish performance appraisal systems aligned with company goals.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel daily to factory locations.
