About Our Client

Our client is a global distribution house with multiple portfolios and product categories under their belt. They are seeking for multiple HRBPs to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy Execution & Cost Management: Manage HR operating targets and budgets, executing short‑ and long‑term HR initiatives aligned to business priorities while ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Workforce & Talent Planning: Drive recruitment forecasting, manpower planning, and talent readiness strategies for critical and leadership roles, balancing business demand with cost control.
  • Performance, Rewards & Retention: Execute performance management processes, provide performance feedback, and support market‑aligned compensation and retention strategies to drive engagement and productivity.
  • Learning, Development & Capability Building: Implement company‑wide training and development initiatives to support current and future capability needs across the organization.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management: Support organization design improvements and lead change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business effectiveness.
  • HR Operations, Systems & Analytics: Drive day‑to‑day HR operations, deploy scalable HR systems and services, and deliver actionable HR metrics and reports to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience or in relevant capacity.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, someone who is a keen learner, team player, and has strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in Healthcare or similar is an added advantage.
