About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in specialty chemicals and they are seeking for an experienced HRBP to join their team. In this role, you'd be responsible to drive the people and culture agenda to support business growth, transformation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership & Workforce Planning: Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals, future growth, and organisational capability needs.
  • Talent, Succession & Leadership Development: Build a strong leadership and succession pipeline by identifying critical talent, driving targeted development, and ensuring readiness for future roles.
  • Performance & High‑Performance Culture: Embed a performance‑driven culture through clear goal‑setting, regular feedback, leadership coaching, and recognition frameworks that drive accountability and results.
  • Employee Engagement, Culture & Experience: Champion a purpose‑led, inclusive culture by leading engagement initiatives, strengthening manager capability, and enhancing the end‑to‑end employee experience.
  • Data‑Driven HR & Organisational Effectiveness: Leverage people analytics to inform workforce planning, improve productivity, and continuously optimise talent, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • HR Governance, Operations & Change Leadership: Ensure robust HR governance and compliance while leading HR transformation and change initiatives that enhance agility, scalability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 8 - 10 years of experience in a straegic HRBP or similar capacity, with focus on talent management, change management, and/or business transformation.
  • Strong communication proficiency in both English and Malay.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with a strong sense of business acumen.
  • Track record in developing strong talent pipelines, driving organizational transformations, and building a high-performance culture.
