About Our Client
Our client is one of the fastest growing IT companies who is looking to aggressively expand its business presence across APAC. In accordance with the company's plans for this region, they are looking to hire a driven HR Specialist as part of their expansion team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Employer Branding activities to create an authentic of the company as an employer.
Recruit new talents and make sure new employees gets a great onboarding process and secure employees well-being.
Support Team Managers within the HR field, secure competence development and handle labor law questions.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant working experience, ideally within the IT industry
Energetic, proactive, and have strong interpersonal skill
Willingness to embrace change and seek opportunities for improvement
Proficient in English and Mandarin
