HR Specialist

Our client is a prestigious professional services firm with a global presence across 29 countries. This is a newly created headcount based in Malaysia to lead and manage HR & Administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end of HR Operations (excluding Recruitment and C&B)
• Talent management inclusive of performance management and succession planning
• Coordinate and plan learning & development activities
• Employee relations and employee engagement across all levels
• Experience using and updating HR Database for all employees in the Malaysia office
• HR Administration such as budgeting and reporting, but not limited to

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of operational HR experience
• Sound knowledge in HR policies and practices
• Good command of English, oral & written
• MNC experience would be ideal
