Our client is a manufacturing business in Kedah that is looking for a HR Manager to manage the welfare of 200 employees. This is a very hands-on role that will have support of 1 subordinate.

An ideal candidate would need to have prior HR Generalist experience in a unionised environment and also strong experience in Industrial Relations.

The incumbent is moving on to a different opportunity and this hire is for business continuity, where business remains as usual. This company also has a good market reputation in its industry.
