HR Manager (F&B)

About Our Client

Our client is a well-known F&B brand in multiple regions, and is seeking for a HR Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing HR operational efficiency, lead talent recruitment needs, as well as drive staff advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Advocacy & Communication
    Act as a trusted advocate for staff by listening to concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and leading engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment.

  • Talent & Performance Management
    Oversee recruitment strategies, performance reviews, development programs, and recognition schemes to attract and retain top talent.

  • HR Operations & Payroll
    Manage monthly payroll processes and support efficient HR administration to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

  • Policy Development & Training
    Develop HR policies, build training programs, and coach teams to strengthen organizational capability and business partnering effectiveness.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
    Work cross-functionally and with regional specialists to implement new HR initiatives, resolve grievances, and maintain the company's position as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 5 years of experience in a HR generalist capacity, with strengths in retail recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations as an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in F&B, Retail, or relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity in handling and managing third party vendors.
