HR Manager

Our client is a well-known food manufacturing business in Johor that is looking for a Head of HR to manage the welfare of employees for its plant and retail outlets.

An ideal candidate would need to have at least 10 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR, preferably from a manufacturing environment or retail environment. Strong experience in foreign workers management is also preferred.

Besides business as usual, the business is looking to move into HR digitalisation and transformation and this individual will play a pivotal role in driving these changes.
