HR Generalist

Job description

Our client is a growing SME that is based in Klang Valley and is looking for a hands-on HR generalist to lead the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full spectrum of HR from managing the employee lifecycle, devising strategic framework to meet long term goals
  • Work with line managers to for succession plans and improve existing performance management framework
  • Ensure monthly payroll (includes OT, allowances and commissions), statutory contributions and personal income taxes, etc are paid correctly and on time.
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures according to the Company's guideline and the local regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly manpower analysis and reports
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR
  • Sound knowledge in HR policies and practices
  • Good command of English, oral & written
