HR Executive (12-month contract)

Job description

Our client is a multinational business in Shah Alam that is looking for a HR Executive to be employed on 12 months basis, with a possibility of conversion subject to good performance. This role will focus on coordination and administration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary administrative tasks like legal documentation, email ID, visiting card, joining kit, pre joining documents etc
  • Maintaining compliance with the state, federal or local labor or employment laws
  • Handling employee recruitment, interview schedules meetings, and new joiner onboarding and exit process
  • Ensuring the application of the company's HR policies and process
  • Driving employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Manage employees' grievances
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR Admin/ Coordination experience
  • HRDF experience is a must
  • Able to be based in Shah Alam
