Head of Sales (Integrated Building Systems)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our Building Systems business. This role will be responsible for driving market share growth across integrated building systems solutions, setting commercial strategy, and leading a high-performing sales team.

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capability with deep industry knowledge, working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen market positioning and expand key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to grow market share for integrated building systems products

  • Lead, coach and manage a team of 4 sales professionals, setting clear targets and performance expectations

  • Drive new business development while strengthening relationships with developers, architects, consultants and main contractors

  • Identify market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities to refine go-to-market strategies

  • Work closely with marketing, technical and operations teams to ensure effective solution selling and project execution

  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting and reporting to senior management

  • Represent the business at key industry events and with strategic partners

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in the building materials industry, with a strong focus on selling to developers, architects and main contractors

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership or head-of-function role

  • Strong track record of growing market share and leading sales teams

  • Solid understanding of integrated building systems and project-based, solution-driven sales

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
