About Our Client

Our client is one of the established property developers in Malaysia with a strong brand presence within the industry. They are now looking for a driven individual to join them as Head of Sales in helping to bring their performing team to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the sales & marketing teams to implement effective strategies to ensure all targets are met
  • Keeping updated on current market trends, while conducting competitor analysis and market study
  • To manage the manpower in the department for showroom duty and launch events Prospecting potential purchasers and tenants using direct and indirect marketing channels.
  • Manage and improve the customer service level
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure cohesive delivery of the project
  • Effective sales agencies' management, if any, and work closely with them
  • Liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education with at least 10 years of working experience in related field
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage sales and marketing teams
  • Proactive, results driven, persuasive, and resilient
