About Our Client

Our client is a leading diversified organisation with a strong regional footprint, seeking a Head of Rewards to lead and shape group‑wide reward strategies. This role will drive the design and governance of total rewards frameworks, performance-linked reward structures, and remuneration policies, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and strong talent outcomes across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and governance of the Group Total Rewards strategy, ensuring reward philosophies, policies, and frameworks are aligned with business priorities, financial parameters, and external market conditions.
  • Oversee and enhance Group‑wide performance management frameworks, guiding the annual performance cycle to deliver fair, disciplined, and comparable outcomes, with clear linkage between performance results and reward decisions.
  • Steward the Group compensation architecture, including job evaluation, grading structures, salary frameworks, and incentive design, ensuring internal equity, competitiveness, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Drive market intelligence and rewards analytics, leveraging benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and cost trend insights to support evidence‑based decision‑making and senior management recommendations.
  • Shape and optimise Group benefits and wellbeing frameworks, balancing competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and workforce relevance while guiding operating companies on consistent application and communication.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders across markets to ensure consistent implementation of rewards frameworks, provide expert guidance on non‑standard cases, and uphold strong governance and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or similar role, with experience in HR Business Partnering roles an added advantage.
  • Proficient with market benchmarketing and salary survey, with experience partnering with provides such as WTW, Mercer, or similar.
  • Experience working in a Group, conglomerate, or similar environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and / or similar analytic tools.
