Head of HR

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and compliance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all human capital matters, providing insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and industry trends.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Design and execute initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and support to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational needs.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
