Head of HR

Job description

  1. Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations.
  3. Partner closely with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience as an HR leader or senior HR business partner in a technology company or similar fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
