Head of HR
Job description
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR leader or senior HR business partner in a technology company or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
