Head of Finance - Financial Services experience needed

What You'll Do

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Lead day-to-day finance operations across SEA

• Oversee financial & regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance

• Prepare financial statements and manage audit activities (internal & external)

Strategic Planning & Performance

• Partner with senior management on budgeting, forecasting & planning

• Provide insights on cost allocation, financial performance, profitability & growth

• Track and assess SEA financial performance metrics & KPIs

Governance & Controls

• Strengthen internal controls, accounting standards & policy compliance

• Evaluate impact of accounting standard updates & regulatory guidance

Working Capital & Cashflow Management

• Review & manage monthly cash flow, ensuring efficient working capital utilisation

Finance Transformation & Systems

Leadership & Talent Development

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting/Finance

• 15+ years relevant experience within financial services / insurance preferred

• Proven success managing high-volume finance environments

• Strong technical accounting standards knowledge

• Track record in strategic planning, governance & transformation
