About the client

Our client is one of the leading MNC Industrial companies. It's a great organization that supports and encourages career growth and excellence. Being a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, they are looking for a driven finance and accounting professional to apply to the role o Head of Finance to be based in their manufacturing plant in Pasir Gudang, Johore.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting package and variance analysis.
• Handle full set of accounts and timely closing of accounts.
• Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.
• Analyse market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunities.
• Help management make financial and SOP decisions.
• Oversee the implementation of company regulations and prepare statistics reports required by MIDA, Statistics Department and other government bodiesd procedures
• Ensure smooth operation of security at TMA premises.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with professional qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant filed, prefer candidates coming from Industrial experience.
• Open to mixture candidates having commercial + external audit background.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, with a good technical knowledge.
• Great interpersonal skills and good people leadership.
