Head of Commercial

Job description


An international research organization is looking for a Head of Commercial to launch their startup in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible to develop the company's presence within Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holding responsibility over the profit and loss for the region.
  • Be the driving force behind the company's medium to long term sales strategy development.
  • Build a sales team to developing key relationships with clients and increase adoption of solutions across the region.
  • Develop internal processes from sales processes, KPIs to annual budgets.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop marketing initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field.
  • 10 years of commercial leadership role, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Experience in managing a regional team across multiple countries.
  • Strong relationship with key stakeholders and decision makers within the Learning and Development sector.
