Job description

Heading/intro:

Our client is an established multinational that focuses on specialty compounds that is used in both the B2B and B2C segment.

About the role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing commercial strategies to expand the company's market position and optimizing performances across the sales & business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the Sales and Business Development team.
  • Develop and execute a consistent strategic plan to ensure continued success in the industry.
  • Identify areas of improvement in commercial operations and implement optimization plan.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration between internal and external stakeholder


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in a commercial leadership role.
  • People management experience, having led a team of at least 10-20.
  • Relevant experience in an industrial/B2B sector.
