Our client is an established multinational that focuses on specialty compounds that is used in both the B2B and B2C segment.
About the role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing commercial strategies to expand the company's market position and optimizing performances across the sales & business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the Sales and Business Development team.
Develop and execute a consistent strategic plan to ensure continued success in the industry.
Identify areas of improvement in commercial operations and implement optimization plan.
Drive cross functional collaboration between internal and external stakeholder
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
5 - 8 years of experience in a commercial leadership role.
People management experience, having led a team of at least 10-20.
Relevant experience in an industrial/B2B sector.
