Head of Analytics

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead a team to develop a centralized data repository, gathering information from various systems and proposing data visualization solutions.
2. Standardize data attributes based on business rules to ensure accurate data retrieval for campaigns and analytics.
3. Identify and recommend advanced analytics opportunities for different business units to meet their objectives.
4. Collaborate with external partners for data and analytics proof of concept initiatives and stay updated on data visualization techniques.
5. Drive an enterprise-wide data governance strategy, promote best practices, and enhance data literacy while aligning with the organization's core values and risk management

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 3 years in hands-on data-related roles.
• Proficiency in data engineering, data science, and best data management and governance practices.
• Familiarity with big data platforms, data lakes, and analytics systems.
• Strong influence and negotiation skills, especially at the senior level, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
