Head Investment & Strategy

Job Description:

• Build and lead a team of investment advisors to showcase wealth management capabilities and achieve income targets.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets for Managed Investment products.
• Drive lending take-up on Unit Trust transactions and maintain a high sales activation rate.
• Collaborate with WM Investment Products for monthly actionable ideas and product solutions.
• Conduct daily morning briefings at branches on market direction and investment solutions.
• Manage investment seminars at branches using internal and in-country expertise.
• Provide consistent portfolio review and advice to clients.
• Constantly upskill and train client relationship teams and investment advisors.

Qualifications:

• Preferably holds CFA, CFP, or CAIA qualifications.
• Strong Investment product knowledge.
• Leadership experience with 15 years experience and preferably from Financial Institutions.
• Malaysians citizens only.
