Group Consolidation Accountant / AM (Basic Mandarin) (Auditor)

Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for Assistant Manager / Senior Group Consolidation Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Manage consolidation accounts for Holding company and its subsidiaries/branches. Ensure the accounts are prepared accurately on time
• Be responsible for Group reporting package
• In charge of Statutory Finance Reporting & tax compliance
• Maintain excellent standard for group and local accounting standards, applicable taxes, and other external regulartory financial reporting requirements
• Assist in providing technical accounting guidance, tax support & advice to other business stakeholders
• Liaise with external auditors
• Participate in continuous process improvement projects and plans.
• Participate in UAT testing and update such findings to the management.

Main Requirements

• MINIMUM 5 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably External Auditors straight out of Big 10 Audit Firm or external auditor with commercial experience
• Able to converse basic/minimal mandarin is sufficient
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA
• Strong knowledge in IFRS, MFRS, Group consolidation
• Excelllent communicaiton and stakeholder management skills
