Global Compensation Analyst

Job description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage all compensation data for global regions, including salaries, variable pay components, bonus plans, overtime, severance payments, etc.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure accurate and timely updates of compensation data in Oracle for Reporting.
  • Assist the global HR team in facilitating the global annual merit process.
  • Manage compensation-focused initiatives and projects on a global scale, including the development of a compensation module in Oracle.
  • Review, build, and maintain salary benchmarking tools, job titles/grades/classification, and stay updated on market/industry trends.
  • Provide support for all global compensation initiatives and projects.



Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing compensation structure, modeling, and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Compensation Analyst.
  • Prior experience with HRIS platforms like Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and working with large datasets.
