German Speaking B2B Customer Support (Order Management)

A leading manufacturing multinational corporation. With a 30 billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire OTC/SAP Business Support talents. There are junior up to senior positions available across the function.


Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming queries, incidents, change request in the areas of OTC, SAP
  • Being the fist line of business support person, handling tickets, chats, emails and calls by internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and confirm customer orders in a timely manner, actively monitor outstanding orders, and proactively manage customer expectations.
  • Send shipping instruction and complete shipping documents to logistics service providers (LSP) or customers to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • Work closely with logistic service providers (LSP) or warehouse personnel to ensure the accuracy and timelines of the fulfilment of outbound shipments.
  • Handle product related FOC orders, returns, credit and debit memos based on requests received from Affiliate and in accordance with the compliance.
  • All requests should be processed according to the established work instruction and process definition guideline, accuracy and the completeness of the creation/change request processed should be ensured.
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems within team or work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issue affection cash collection/revenue recognition or raise issues that may impact the customer satisfaction.
  • Support the delivery of service levels and KPI targets.
  • Actively support or participate with any project related to system enhancement, process improvement for order management with influence on accuracy, efficiency, and compliant order management process.
  • Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, as required by Company Management

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting, Technology, IT, Engineering or any professional qualification.
  • Candidates with at least 1 years of experience in SAP, Oracle or ERP system will be prioritised. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants should have minimal working experience of SAP ERP system.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • German language qualifications, B2 and above. German University Graduates with qualifications that are equivalent are encouraged to apply.
  • Specific entities encourage language speakers to apply, e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Italian speakers.
