General Manager, Sales

This role is with a reputable MNC within the healthcare industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Holds a Degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar.
2. Possess strong drive and experience for sales within the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and/or healthcare industry.
3. Strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
4. Experienced in P&L Management, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities such as product expansion, channel growth, and other leads.
• Lead P&L management, ensuring optimised costs, effective budget allocation, and oversee operating budgets for respective business units.
• Oversee development of sales capability and client-related activities to devise strategies for improvements and enhancements.
• Formulate annual business plan with short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals in alignment with business objectives to ensure clear departmental direction.
• Identify and capitalise upselling opportunities through contract renegotiations with existing clients and new pricing strategies.
