General Manager (Bereavement Services)

Job description


General Manager position available for one of the leading bereavement service providers in Malaysia.

About this role:
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will be responsible for managing multiple branches across Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee profit and loss across multiple branches in Northern Malaysia.
  • Implement business strategies to ensure consistent growth.
  • Manage budget, business operations and training of team members.
  • Oversee business operations and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their family members.
  • Perform market research to identify growth opportunities..

Requirements:

  • 10 years of Sales Management experience.
  • No prior experience in bereavement services required.
  • Excellent people skills to develop and maintain relationship with existing and new clients.
  • Experienced in managing a team of up to 30-40 would be ideal.
  • Willing to be based in Taiping, Perak or Alor Setar.
