FP&A Manager (Based in Port Klang)

About our client:

We are currently recruiting for a multinational consumer manufacturing company in Malaysia who is looking to hire an experienced FP&A Manager, who will be overseeing the financial reporting & analytics function. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the Financial Controller, based in North Port, Port Klang.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the business partner to the management team and operational team.
  • Work closely with the finance team for reporting matters and hands-on reporting scopes whenever necessary.
  • Responsible for financial analytics for the Group and assist FC on annual budgeting processes.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of tax and e-invoice matters, working closely with tax agents.
  • Ensure that SOPs are in compliance with group process and compliance, provide suggestions for improvement whenever required.
  • Clear communication to all stakeholders for any SOP/business/financial processes and results.
  • Perform in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial reporting with manufacturing experience.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, people management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
