Financial Reporting

The Senior Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and analysis across multiple APAC regions. This role involves managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Cost Management: Oversee cost allocation processes, manage accruals and provisions, and develop financial models to enhance cost efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Handle procurement processes, review vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
• Analytical Support: Implement cost-controlling frameworks, analyze cost drivers, and prepare detailed management reports to identify optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial operations or controlling.
