Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the GM, with dotted line to the Group CFO, your responsibilities will be as follows:

To oversee and manage daily operations in finance, accounting, credit control and tax department for the manufacturing site.
Responsible for ensuring that the preparation and submission of local GAAP reporting is done accurately and in a timely manner.
Submission of monthly SAP FICO closing of accounts to HQ.
Maintain and review finance and accounting procedure and policy.
To approve and sign bank/cash payment, to sign Customer's invoice (including Tax invoice),To represent the Company for tax related issues
Provide leadership to supervise, guide, motivate and develop a team of 5 direct/indirect subordinates. Working with the HR Manager to ensure that that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Requirements

Must be a qualified accountant (MIA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/ICAEW or equivalent)
Overall career experience of 12-15 years, with a minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
ERP Experience, preferrably in SAP FICO
Hands on leader with a track record of strong leadership capabilities
Willingness to be based in Seremban on a permanent basis.
