Financial Controller

We are currently recruiting for a renowned and rapidly expanding healthcare company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller, who will be responsible for financial reporting, business partnering and financial analysis matters. There would also be frequently liaison with CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to CFO, based in Sunway:

• Right hand person to the CFO, responsible on overseeing financial reports and results for the group of companies for 2 countries, looking into cash flow, working capital, in depth analysis, etc.
• Oversee subordinates on business analysis, pricing, CAPEX assessment, feasibility studies, credit control and accounts receivable related scopes.
• Active liaison with group finance team, operations team and Regional CEOs.
• Prepare forecast and budgeting, presentation of financial numbers with relevant financial analysis, along with any matrix based on management needs.
• Look into improvements for group SOP and policies as and when necessary.
• Perform in ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial reporting and analysis, with at least 5 years in a people management role.
• Career foundation in external is highly advantageous.
• Possess strong critical thinking, people management, commercial acumen and analytical skills.
