Financial Auditor (Financial Services)

Job Description:

• Generating, analyzing, and submitting reports to meet regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting.
• Assisting in the closing of books and sub-ledgers, including necessary adjustments.
• Consolidating financial statements for accurate reporting.
• Improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning and implementing controls.
• Aligning reporting activities with organizational goals.
• Providing guidance to team members and sharing expertise in finance reporting.
• Analyzing subject matter and advising on strategic direction.
• Developing and implementing financial reporting policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Managing control issues transparently to protect the organization's reputation.

Requirement:

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong global project management experience is preferred.
• Familiar with BNM and PIDM reporting requirement is highly recommended.
• Posses accounting knowledge and has exposure in financial reporting.
