As our Malaysia business continues to experience excellent growth, we are looking for talents to join us as we look to further enhance our capabilities across all verticals.
What you will do
- To assist in the day to day accounting functions, which include, manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions for contracting books are recorded on timely basis.
- Preparing and issuing contract invoice, credit notes (which includes raising revision of such documents according to client's request)
- Maintain files and records, keep them easily accessible and updated.
- Store, file and able to retrieve documents as and when needed.
- Handling the self-billing system/portal as required, which includes but not limited to, uploading, revising, invoicing and contacting clients to resolve outstanding queries.
- Handling and dispending invoices to clients.
- Other ad hoc tasks that may arise to ensuring accurate, timely recording and issuance of invoices to clients and contractor information
Who we are looking for:
- Degree or above in any disciplines
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated and results driven
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel is preferred
