About the client

Our client is an established and award winning family-owned construction and property company. Being a dynamic and growing organization, they are looking for a driven finance and accounting professional to apply for the role of Operations Finance Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Undertake all strategic financial planning, monitoring and analysis of the financial health of Group's growth and expansion
• Prepare and review all regulatory compliance relating statutory financial reporting and tax submission including preparation of Group Consolidation
• Prepare and review closing activities including the cash flow positions and projection for development projects
• Prepare and advise on actual vs budgeted and performance deliverables including leading the entire budgeting process yearly
• Implement operational procedures and internal controls to improve operations

Requirements

• Tertiary education with professional qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Property or related industry.
• Prefer candidates have experience in Project Accounting + Big 4 (external auditors)
• Able to speak Mandarin and English
• Great interpersonal skills and good people leadership
