We are currently recruiting for a multinational medical company in Malaysia who is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be responsible for full spectrum of finance and accounting matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the CFO, based in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of finance along with preparation of quarterly forecast and budget processes.
• Oversee financial operations and provide close guidance and mentoring to team members when necessary.
• Involved in improving processes, efficiencies, and ensuring that internal controls are adhering to the global group policies.
• Responsible for overseeing audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters.
• Perform in ad-hoc assignments by Singapore team as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• MUST be professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial reporting with people management experience, in an MNC environment.
• Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
• Possess strong interpersonal, people management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
