Finance Manager

Finance Manager based in Balakong
About our client:
This company is one of the leading automotive manufacturer and dealership in the region. They are looking to hire a finance manager to be based in Balakong to support the senior management and lead the finance team.

Your key responsibilities includes:

* Full spectrum finance reporting and month end closing
* Handle costing and inventory management.
* Work closely with group CFO to ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
* Co‐ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
* Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering
* Manage and guide a lean team towards excellence
* Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:
* At least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, costing, and relationship building with bankers.
* Exposure in manufacturing industry.
* A proven track record of being a key contributor to the business's commercial value.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
