Finance Manager

Finance Manager (Energy) based in Cyberjaya

About our client:
This company is a well-known MNC in the energy industry with multiple brand presence and partnerships across the globe. They are looking to hire a finance manager to be based in Cyberjaya to support the senior management, lead the finance team.

Your key responsibilities includes:
* Manage end-to-end financial reporting and month end closing.
* Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
* Co‐ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
* Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering
* Manage and guide a lean team towards excellence
* Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:
* At least professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MIA etc.)
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, business partnering, with solid foundation in controllership
* Exposure in Energy industry will have added advantage
* A proven track record of being a key contributor to the business's commercial value and prior experience in Controlling

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
