Finance Controller

Finance Controller based in Negeri Sembilan
About our client:
This company is a well-known MNC in the manufacturing industry. They are looking to hire a finance controller to be based in Negeri Sembilan to support the senior management, lead the finance team.

Your key responsibilities includes:
* Handle full spectrum finance and accounting fuction of the business.
* Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
* Co‐ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
* Manage implementation of cost accounting for manufacturing in line with Group Finance cost accounting guidelines
* Manage and guide a lean team towards excellence
* Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:
* At least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, business partnering with a solid foundation in controllership
* Exposure in manufacturing industry.
* A proven track record of being a key contributor to the business's commercial value and prior experience in Controlling
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
