Finance Analyst (AP and master data) - Korean speaker

Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for Finance analyst - AP and Master data(Korean Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first level support attending to all inquiries from Korea end users on invoce and T&E claim matters
  • Assist end users with the navigation, functionalities and processes related T&E
  • Ensure and reviewall queries received are correctly captured and updated in ticketing tool
  • Ensure quality and accurate delivery of services
  • Guide and support end-users on the overall expense report process
  • Properly escalate all inquiries to second level where required

Main Requirements

  • Fresh graduate and preferably 1 years of working experience, familiar with Accounts payable task and Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in Korean (minimum TOPIK 4) as the role will be supporting our counterpart in Korea
  • Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines.
  • Experience working in a shared service centre (SSC) will be advantageous
